Privacy Policy
This policy took effect on the 30th of October, 2026.
Irvington Medicare Insurance Agent is an independent Medicare insurance agency. This policy explains what information this site collects, how it is used and what choices you have.
Information Collected
Sending the request form gives us whatever you typed in it: name, phone, an email if you chose to add one, language, subject and your note. Separately, our hosting provider may store routine server records like network addresses, the browser used and which pages were opened.
How Information Is Used
We use your details to respond to you, to contact you about Medicare coverage as you authorized, and to maintain records that insurance regulations require. Personal information is not sold to anyone.
Calls, Texts and Emails
By submitting the form, you allow a licensed agent to contact you by phone, text message or email, which may involve automated technology. Agreeing is not required to buy anything, and you can revoke permission at any time by telling us or replying STOP to a text message.
Sharing
We pass your information to an insurance carrier only when you select a plan and ask us to submit an enrollment, or when the law requires disclosure.
Protection and Storage
We apply reasonable safeguards to submitted information and delete it when it is no longer needed for the purposes above or for required insurance records.
Your Rights
Want something corrected, erased, or no further calls? Reach us via the contact page and we will act on it.
Children's Information
Our audience is people nearing or on Medicare. Nobody under 13 should submit the form, and we do not seek data about kids.
Changes to This Policy
Any revisions will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
